I agree, Folau will hopefully finish his career at the Broncos so playing him on the right from now on makes sense. Hodges spoke about playing in England so this could be his last contract at the Broncos anyway..

I'm nonplussed on the issue, but the idea is that Folau will be here for the long term, while Hodges probably doesn't have that much time at the Broncos.

Think of it as an investment.

What do you mean why should he adjust. For every good game he has, he plays 6 average ones. His useless get the ball, not move, jump to the side and get tackled is his only play for most of the game.

He's good with the kick chase, but he's only slowing down.

Defence is all he has, and he's easy to replace.

I can't remember the last time he ran onto a ball. He seems to catch them all flat footed, and then try to push the defenders out of the way from a standing start. And his attitude towards the refs pisses me off.

Made 100+ metres every game easily.

people have had an agenda against hodges since he came back. when he plays a blinder they go quiet but when he has a lean trot or is out injured they all come out of the woodwork.
