I think our biggest problem is our intensity and additive, which is clearly lack of fitness and mentally tired.
I really think that GF loss has rattled us mentally.
A few key staff changes and a couple of good depth signings , less pressure of being grand finalists with a solid off season will be huge imo

Of all the things, this stands out the loudest. The coaching staff royally fucked up the pre season. The fitness, the resilience, the arrogance. We could talk all day about our defence and errors, but the off season is 100% Kevins fault. As much as he loves the club, it's this lack of accountability that is also found in the playing group. Kind of all makes sense now.
