Absolutely gutted for Kotoni, he's one of about three players worth feeding.

Players usually don't get back to their best until their second season coming back from reconstruction so I hope he takes as long as he needs to get fit again.

Don't listen to anyone saying he won't be the same player again, Tedesco is the best back in the game and look at his injury history.

They also have a good medical team, we have Dr. Nick.

Broncos 5/8 position is cursed with injuries.....MILF, Bird, Staggs, Gamble

Every cloud has a silver lining. The fact this happened in the last game of the season means he can go straight under the knife then use the next 6 months to recover and rehab. He will still miss a good 2-3 months of next season, but lets face it we already aren't expecting much from next year either apart from avoiding a second straight spoon, which would be just unforgivable.

So when would we see him back? Around 6-7 months to start running again? Then another month or so before they can make the side at the earliest?
Didn't McCullough recover from these quicker than usual too?

6-9 month recovery time

mate knowing this club they will send him in for surgery in February next year

These are the kinds of efforts that win you footy games.
Has a few things he needs to sort out that offset that good effort. Rushing out the line and missing completely is one. Taking massive risk on tackle 1-2 is another. Hopefully it won't take too long to get back to form.

I have absolutely no issue with Staggs, with more game time, his confidence will return and by mid-season, i think we will see him back to close to his best.

He has been injured and had some off field drama, and when all that is a distant memory, and on the back of some confidence coming off two wins to start the season, we will only see him get better and better.

Holding onto the ball, or lack thereof has cost him 2 tries at least this season already…

He fixes that up, he won’t have too many detractors…
