I also wouldn't mind seeing Johnson have a run on the wing, but I'm not certain he would be a success there. IMO, what makes him such an excellent attacking fullback is being able to run from deep with momentum. If he was implemented on the wing, I'm not sure if he'd be as successful if he has to start from a static position...if that made any sense at all. Still, it's worth giving him a run there. Definitely wouldn't mind seeing how he went.

I reckon the team will be like the one you've named above, but Meireles will come into the side for Jovanovic, with Cole shifting to the left. I'd prefer to see Meireles in midfield beside Poulsen as I think he provides a bit more energy than Gerrard. Plus, Gerrard and Torres have already proven their ability to link up. But, Meireles did impress against the Mancs when he was in that more advanced role.

Also, would much rather have Agger in there for Skrtel, but I can't see Hodgson doing that.

I thought Poulsen was excellent against Man U (Scholes barely got a touch all day), looks like you may have got the Sevilla version not the Juventus Poulsen.
