wow, what a messy situation it has all become. Are you guys really that happy to be sold to another group of americans with no understandings of the history or workings of LFC?? No doubt they will be much more business savvy than HG, but at at the end of the day they are just trying to make a buck out of liverpool too.

Royal Bank of Scotland tells me that if it's true that Mill has taken the Hicks/Gillett shares and if Mill repays the £200m long-term debt owed by Liverpool FC (plus penalty fees) to RBS and Wachovia, then Mill is in the driving seat.

Once the debt is repaid, RBS's power ends.

At that point, the deal with New England Sports Ventures collapses.

Liverpool would have a new owner, Mill. And Mill will do with Liverpool what it pleases.

Liverpool's American owners suffered a further setback after a High Court judge ruled their injunction to block the sale of the club was ineffective.

The ruling paves the way for the club to be sold to New England Sports Ventures (NESV) for £300m, with an agreed deal likely on Friday.

Two American ***** named Tom Hicks and George Gillett bought the club in early 2007.

They've put a shitload of debt onto the club, taken out loans and shit, etc. They've basically bled us dry. The whole atmosphere at the club has been completely f***ed over by these two. It's a gloomy place.

That's why we find ourselves in this situation, struggling in the premier league with a manager who, let's face it, really isn't up to our standard.

Win all these court cases, and everything should get much, much better.
