because the person who hired him is smarter than the people on BHQ. (although couldn't save his own job)

Barrett is one of those people that falls into the category of extremely shithouse in a head coaching role ... but a quality assistant coach (especially when handed the attacking duties)

and before anyone starts, 7 games is nowhere near enough to erase the muscle memory of the previous structures (or lack there of) that comes out when the fatigue sets in after the ref rapes us with constant 6-agains

Its pretty obvious you dont back Madge the same way you were Kevvie. If Kevvie started this year exactly the same as Madge, you would be defending him like you were last year and not have the little digs like you have at Maguire. At least be up front about it. I dont like Maguire and i've made no secret of it.

Can we just go and sack Madge and get Willie Peters. He's not the typical Aussie coach who takes over a team like St Helens or Wigan. He has rebuilt a very mediocre Hull KR team and got them dominating in Super league.
 
He's not often right in his rants, but CONEHEAD hit the nail on the head when he said Maguire was so underwhelming as a player that he never even realised when he was on the field when he played against him.

The same goes for his coaching nous so far. His press conference last night was a cringe-worthy embarrassment. He admitted as much that he had no clue where his team's attitude was at or why they were playing the way they were playing.

This is the guy holding the reigns, calling the shots, and responsible for the game plan ffs!
