I reckon thats the plan. WB has said numerous times he has no issues with Milford and rates him highly.

I hope he does. I dont hate him and i wont judge him irredeemable (it seems to be somewhat out of character) but he has a long road ahead of him to try and rebuild what he just destroyed.

if he had the NRL would be singing a different tune ... maybe something along the lines of:

Anthony is entitled to the presumption of innocence, the NRL will be making no further comment and taking no further action until the court case has been resolved"
