No one take The Mole seriously, anytime he says anything we all do this:

Moley is a good guy. A bit bit rough around the edges but a good bloke.

Walters has again stated that if he gets the Broncos job ... he will not quit the maroons.

the article mainly talks about the 2020 season ... so i'm not sure if he would be prepared to quit for the 2021 season.

hopefully that's just media talk from him .... because if he talks that way in his interview, i fear we'll get stuck with Green

Unfortunately I agree, but hopefully he just means for this year. You can't take on a big role like the Broncos and be inflexible. WB can get away with it because he's done it all but a rookie coach can't have multiple commitments and just hope his primary employer is okay with it. I totally get if he finishes this year off but there's no way he can stay on next year.

notice how he doesn't name the player that told him these things ... to try an stop them coming our making him look like an even bigger fool than he is
Not that I believe the Mole here (or ever really), but players do from time to time leak to the media. If the media named their sources for every controversial story pretty soon people would stop going to them.

The club can’t afford not to go with kevvie... the outrage would cause so much damage to the club... and the only way to fix it would be winning... and Whilst I think we will definitely improve next year especially with the right signings I don’t believe it will bring thousands of fans flooding back to games and supporting their team

If it's Green delete my BHQ account please. I'm done.
Why? If you tolerated this season which will end up being the Broncos worst season ever (by a long fucking way, I might add). Why would the appointment of Greenie suddenly make you pull the pin? Even if he doesn't have success, he will certainly improve this franchise because no team could ever be this bad again. I'm hoping Kevie gets the gig but I won't be punching holes in the walls if he doesn't.

A solution could well be that Green is head coach and Walters his assistant and continues to coach origin.

He might be a wonderful bloke but he still makes up everything he says and gets paid for it, I feel no pity whatsoever.
I dont think he makes up everything. Some is pure speculation but that's all journo's except for a couple that just report official news.

Walters said he would not give up the Maroons this season.

Whoever we sign, it’s got to be for the right reasons. Bringing someone in just because they were a club legend is stupid. Having Broncos DNA doesn’t mean a thing when it comes to coaching. If he’s not ticking the right boxes, then he shouldn’t get the job.

I don’t really see any issue with Green. He turned the Cowboys into a premiership threat, they were nothing before he came along.

Cowboys were always going to have some lean years after JT. That’s just what happens when you lose the one player your whole club revolves around.
