Cowboys scored a try from a forward pass anyway.

The Taulagi try? The side on replay cleared Val's pass.

With that said, I wasn't 100% convinced with the Leilua try.

didn't that forward pass happen early in the game when the scores were 0 - 0 ?

Like that's gonna stop them from whinging. The infamous 7th tackle try was in the first 10 minutes of the game, and they've been milking that one for a decade.
