That's garbage saying no advantage with a play like that. You can't throw that many passes and cover that much ground (even if sideways) and then say no advantage. $hit call.

Hetherington is just so ill disciplined. There is no way on earth i'd ever pick the bloke in first grade.
And an absolute grub to boot. Horrible signing.

Lol even with a clean slate Mad Jack ends up in the bin!!!

You look at the Bulldogs as a team and it just doesnt look like a happy group.

They really don't hey, look like they can't stand each other. I imagine they will have a few blow outs against them this season and get a punch on with each other.

When i was watching them in the warm up, even Fox just seems miserable. Wonder if its just working under Barrett.

Not even any upside unlike a TPJ or JWH…just a dime a dozen player…at best

They've gone all in on the recruitment side though.

All youngish guys on big long contracts
- Flannigan $400k for another 2yrs
- Allan $400k for another 2yrs
- TPJ $800k for 3yrs
- JAC $500k for 3-4yrs (not all that young but they were buying him as a fullback originally)
- Burton $400k for 3yrs (the only good call, but it was still a Ponga to the Knights kind of call on potential)
- Luke Thompson $600k for a few more years

Not a lot of room to move with those kind of contracts and you're also saying to your juniors that we're going with these guys... they can see that as a road block and look to move on

Oh my gosh, that is awful kick chase pressure from the Dogs. This group of prima donnas don't want to do the 1 percenters do they.

I cannot wait to play the Dogs next week (of course they will play like legends).

I think a better coach would get more out of them tbh. Burton is quality, but he's not going to run that side on his own. They have a servicable fullback, but hooker and 7 they are very weak.

I genuinely don't know if I can keep watching this.
