Used to be if you touched the legs of the guy playing it was automatic no try... Cook basically went between his legs

As long as the defence is not impeded, it's fine.

Lawrie was never getting to Cook because Cook was diving to the right of Burgess, but Burgess can't disappear and he doesn't walk into the defensive line so they won't deem it as obstruction.
