It's been getting abused for about 2yrs now... sometimes it's a penalty (ala DWZ last night) and sometimes it's play on.

95% of the time the player is just looking to interfere... or am I meant to believe prop forwards are bearing down on fullbacks looking to take speccies off torp bombs
