No.. it's the same as last year where it's a free interchange if the offender gets put on report for foul play.

It's been that way for like 12yrs, but it's an issue now because for some reason the refs put every player on report

Ok that's fair but wouldn't a sin bin for a shot to head, warrant the bloke being hit in the head actually having a HIA?

I knew about the free subs but I thought that was actually so the guy could get a head injury assessment

Nah they changed the rule for better this year. You only get the free interchange if the player is binned now, not just for a report.

The problem is all records are subject to whatever scoring is rated at at that time Everything has had changes over the years
