He was named in a Juniour Kiwi squad a few years ago,

As disappointing as that loss was for Manly at least they didn't allow it to get ugly. At one stage it looked like Cronulla were going to pile on 60, so to cut it to a 12 point loss despite all the injuries was a silver lining for Manly.

Cronulla continue to impress. Is it possible to be a break-out player in two separate occassions for the same club? Because Talakai already resurrected his career and had people talking in 2020, now he's well and truly in discussions for a State of Origin spot. That was a performance for the ages and he's quickly established himself as one of the form players in the competition.

He was interviewed postgame, and said that his main goal is to play well for Sharks but would be amazing if he was able to represent the state he grew up supporting. Something along those lines. Then Fittler shook his hands.

“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.”

As a Qlder, I shudder at the thought of Talakai destroying whatever makeshift centre we conjure up.

Talakai destroyed like a young Konrad Hurrell out there tonight, brought back some beautiful memories of peak Konnie.

The coach is! The lines and depths that bloke has them running.

one can dream. Chalk and cheese

It’s a bit early to buy into the hype over Fitzgibbon.

Henjak started his coaching career off with 8 wins from his first 11 games, unlucky to not have 9, and one of those games we took down Melbourne.

We all know what happened after that.

Griffin had a great start to his coaching career, as well. The Broncos finishing 3rd in 2011.

Can you picture them holding up the premiership this year?

I can't, which is going to present another test for Fitzgibbon and that's making the appropriate changes and picking the right players for the 13.

One thing that can be said for Fitzgibbon is that he's had a positive effect overall on the squad. Henjak enjoyed early success but a lot of the performances were far from convincing. That Melbourne game was an infamous 'doesn't count' because the Broncos scored a controversial try off a knock on to win the game.

I dunno man...the NRL should have stayed out of the Anzac thing.

This is idiots throwing around a leather ball.

Seeing these over payed nonces bow their heads to the bugle is sacrilege, it's not bullets you are playing.

How will the Bulldogs possibly survive without Brandon Wakeham, Ava Seumanufagai and Jake Averillo?!

Good to see Te Marie Martin out there. A serious issue to come back from.

He's been good so far. Been covering a lot of ground and getting into position for a lot of plays. Problem is the Broncos have often gone the opposite side to what they have set up.

As I suspected the Dogs are profiting from Nathan Brown's talk with Anesly.

All the underdog hooplah and the apologies given to the Raped Warriors is benefiting the worst team in the comp.

Funny thing is, the convicts will make sure of an un level playing feild for the Victorian cheats Vs the honorable Warriors.

This is embarrassing for the Broncos.
