Shouldn't this decision on obstruction only be where the ball was caught... it looked very close to being on the outside shoulder, which would mean Ravalawa completely missed the man, which he did, and just tackled the wrong person.
A player being in front doesn't mean shit if the ball and players are both past him and the defender runs past the ball to purposely tackle the decoy for an attempted obstruction
Ravalawa was no chance of getting to the player even if Ford wasn't there. Refs have given the green light for that before but the NRL is consistently inconsistent.
Looks a rough call... ball hasn't even come away from his hands... Contact of the tackle has taken it away from the hands rather than an actual pass... like if someone got tackled trying to offload and it gets knocked loose from the tackle
Why wouldn't Ben Hunt want to come back to broncos for the rest of this year at least. Hunt will be coming back to a team leading the ladder and a genuine chance to win the premiership.
