I'm probably just death-riding the Sharks, but surely they're due an injury. On the list on NRL.com their only injury listed is Roqica. Has he even played an NRL game before?

Also shows why the Tigers, Raiders & Bulldogs have moved up the ladder, the Titans are doing better than they have any right to, the Storm are defying all odds, and why the Roosters really should be doing better now that their only listed player is Ian Henderson.

So it seems Campbell-Gillard (I swear that poor bloke's name gives me nightmares about a Campbell-Newman-Julia-Gillard-cross Chuckie-type doll...) may have a cracked disc or something similar, and Hook is blowing up. There didn't seem to be anything in it imo, sure the refs could have called 'held' earlier but it seemed to be a fairly innocuous hit? Maybe a bit of a dog shot at exposed ribs, but that happens with all the wrestle these days. Anyone else have some thoughts on it? Just seems unlucky to me.

Yeah, it was a cheap shot from a well known cheap shot merchant. Who arguably should have been on suspension from seriously injuring someone else only a fortnight ago.

OTOH, injuries happen in a contact sport, and we see carbon copies of that tackle all the time. There's also nothing actually illegal about it, it's just dirty.

So to answer your question, no I don't think there's anything to be done about it, but I understand why Hook's angry.
