McHunt McHunt might like to check this out. Here is where a proper re-build could be instigated. This guy is a future superstar.

They will if he arcs up about them reneging on their promise to play him at 5/8. Most teams will not contemplate paying a player's wages who is disgruntled with the club.

As the saying goes- If you try might you might

Some players, sure. They obviously see him as the future 6 of the club, and Foran doesn't have long left. It won't happen. And also, as reported by the media it's not actually Josh that's said anything to the club or Des, it's just his manager/family.

They have Latu Fainu coming through on (reportedly) the biggest contact ever given to a junior. He's their long term 5/8.

Not really a fan of players throwing a tantrum when they aren't given their desired position to play, prefer blokes with a team first mentality. A bit different if he wants to play first grade and there's nothing available at Manly

Do you think his manager/family just made this up, or is it likely that they found out Josh is upset about not playing 6 from discussions with him

I don't think it matters. It's the same with the Raiders WAGs taking shots on social media, do you think the players approved that or preferred they'd shut up? I'm sure Des has had conversations with Josh, and this is just another media circus to get some clicks.

That's not the case in this instance. It's his manager and family arcing up because Manly themselves had made that promise when he was signing his contract. Now if they re-sign Foran for next year it will mean a further year he has been short changed by the club.

Don't promise what you can't deliver.

No they're not, clubs can only talk to players about the years they are off contract.

Of course the NRL have to prove clubs were breaking these rules, and they've never been able to do that. Just look at the salary cap scandals, pretty much every investigation has been started due to a whistle blower
 
Can we please never speak of kodi to the broncos again. He is NOT a step forward.
