Tough to impose a punishment harsher than that when you consider the invasion of privacy involved and the fact that the filming was illegal.

Agreed... I would assume it would be a much harsher penalty if an NRL player filmed and shared it... but that's potentially not the case if nothing has come out about it yet
 
So he gets a 5k fine for shagging in a public place.

Jury has been out since yesterday, deliberations continue tomorrow. If it keeps dragging on increasingly likely it might be another hung jury.

what are the chances they have a 3rd trial if that happens
