Sigh. I guess give him a warning and if he does it again, then sack him.

Seems to be what would have happened here. But the timing seems right. Wayne might not like him being unorganised enough to not change his address.

What an dickhead he obviously doesn't want his job

Well young fella, let me explain. It was a play on words, something that you'll see a lot on this forum along with sarcasm. You wrote "I wonder if he will get the sack?" Now, the key word here is "sack" given my last name on the forums is.....sack. You get where I'm going with this?

Yep breaking news he was asked to leave an establishment but didn't go at first but did when one of his mates told him to pull his head in.
