There is absolutely nothing in there that rules him out though unless that is what you are wanting. What coach is going to come out and say, 'Yeah nah, our forwards aren't enough, we need that bloke who right now we don't know how much he is going to cost and has a lot to prove before we actually press go but yeah, we are interested.'

No it does not, unless you are assuming I am saying the opposite to you which I am not. You said he has ruled out TPJ, he hasn't done that at all. I am not saying he has said we are signing TPJ, he hasn't done that but he certainly hasn't ruled it out.

No he does not say we are signing him and I haven't even suggested he has but look at the highlighted bit - how the heck do you get 'ruled him out' from that?
