If nuaasala carries her unbelievable pacific championship form into next season and Lafaele continues to improve her rugby league transition that’s got to be the best pack by far. Keilee as the clean up woman and Brill‘s prime Cheese impact through the middle after Jada goes off is just an embarrassment of riches.

I don’t even know how shalom will be used but you’d think she’s going to find her way into the team sooner rather than later. Does she have the versatility to play a bit of edge I wonder.

Upton should thrive playing on the back of that platform. Hope we don’t get sentimental and try find a place for Maddick in that backline though, she’d get ragdolled on the wing. She had a purple patch and good on her after a horrid season and a bit, but I think she’ll be resigned to a back up 1/6 if we’re fair dinkum. Lauren is a Dam good squad player and I hope we retain at least one of Spreadborough or Werner to vie for that wing spot as they’re both pretty solid bodied.

Something had to give with the Rapana extension. She’ll be a good signing. Too good a player to be not playing every week, but at the same time, I think she was one of the ones we can afford to lose.

I’m also guessing Larsson won’t be getting another deal unfortunately, with all the upgrades and extensions coupled with her injuries and little game time over the last couple of years. I’ll be pretty disappointed if/when it happens

Yep, was announced by the club about a month ago now.

Honestly anything less than a premiership will be considered a failure, provided our top 16/17 are all injury free.

The new* players in Upton, Sauaso, McGrath-West etc should be enough to break through some of the walls we’ve hit the last couple of years.
