The Gold Coast Titans have unveiled five big signings ahead of the start of the NRLW season. Destiny Brill, Tiana Raftstrand-Smith, Shannon Mato and Karli Hansen will all wear the Titans jersey in season 2021, while MyPayNow have signed on as Principal Partner for the inaugural NRLW side.

Yeah I was hoping we’d get her. Gould won’t last forever and is already 38.

I’m getting the feeling it won’t really matter as I reckon they’ll cancel this year’s comp. it’ll cost too much to delay outside the men’s season and with Sydney on lockdown and SEQ having rolling restrictions, it’ll be too much to overcome in such a short space seeing as most players wouldn’t be able to bubble for 8 weeks

NRL head of football Graham Annesley has confirmed the Telstra Women's Premiership will "absolutely" take place in 2021 and hoped further clarity would be offered to clubs this week.

I still don’t think it’ll go ahead. NRL wouldn’t dare put the comp on outside of the men’s season, and condensing it would be unfair and dangerous for the girls to be playing every 3-4 days to get a whole round robin completed inside the finals.

Gladys and NSW have fucked it for them. continue signing players and pay them their contracts but as sad and disappointing as it is, just call it off then. There’s no shame in it, the AFLW did it for the 2020 season
