Re: NSW Blues Game 1 team leak
Thoughts on the team
Jarryd Hayne: Been in very good form over the last few weeks and was an automatic selection
Blake Ferguson: Freakish player that is capable of anything is a risk worth taking, been in stunning form for the Raiders. My favourite player as well
Josh Morris: Hasn't scored a try this year but has been solid for the Bulldogs, did very well last year and deserves to keep his spot
Michael Jennings: Been terrific for the Roosters and is a far better player from last year, has performed in Origin previously.
Brett Morris: Been strong in a misfiring Dragons backline and was probably automatic.
James Maloney: Been outstanding each week for the Roosters plus his goal kicking percentage and partnership with pearce gave him the nod. Great to see him get a NSW start
Mitchell Pearce: Always debated but hasn't done a thing wrong this year and is 3rd in the league with try-assists.
James Tamou: Deserves to keep his spot he is one of the best front rowers in the world
Robbie Farah: Was one of the Blues best last year and should've been in the team since 2008. Suck it Ennis
Paul Gallen: Automatic nothing to say
Ryan Hoffman: Great to see him back in Origin, has been nothing short of tremendous since returning to the Storm
Luke Lewis: Automatic, good to see him starting instead of coming of the bench
Greg Bird: Automatic and has been strong for the Gold Coast
Kurt Gidley: How does he make it? covers positions but that's all
Anthony Watmough: Been strong for manly and deserves to keep his spot, great player
Andrew Fifita: Deserves to make the team after being goliath for Cronulla, can you beleive the Tigers got rid of him for Blair
Trent Merrin: Been super for the Dragons and deserves to keep his spot
Basically I'm happy with each selection apart from Gidley
