There's been quite a few ads in between heats for the siwmming but with the other sports I've watched so far there's barely been any.

I think if you watch the sports on the main live channel you get ads. I've been selecting which sports to watch from the menu and I don't think I've actually seen any apart from when watching on the main live channel.
