I have heard this Thurston rumour from 2 different sauces now, with Wallace shifting to 5/8. Personally I think wallace creams over locky in defence, I see it a rather natural progression.

What flavors?

I see what u did there

I'd rather not have Thurston, I mean we already have Lockyer, Wallace and Timmy Smith, think about it, if we got Thursto we'd have no choice but to put 2 of them as either utility or in the lower grade sides, and i'd rather not have 2 utility halves.

With Hodges busted and out for up to 8 months, and Parramatta this morning suggesting they would release Krisnan Inu if the Warriors (who have shown interest in Inu) were to pay the entire $275k for this year....Should we be making a play for him too? Any thoughts? I'd rather Inu than Michaels.

I doubt we would have that money available under the cap. We still have to pay Hodges.

Inu > Grothe, Reddy, Burt on his day.

It's going to be hard for him to displace any of them after the way they all finished the year though.

Inu > Hayne on his day.

He just doesn't have his day. ever.

Id rather keep alex glen or michaels at left center and head hunt a top line prop "if" we had the money spare. If we lost nick kenny to injury tomorrow our front row would be looking very shakey.

PS - thurston can keep walking too... ill be mightly pissed if he rocks up and chews up half a million of our salary cap next year.

Ha ha ha...I like the way you took that PWA. So what is it you don't like about Inu?

I just don't think we need him. We have some awesome backs at the club right now and Inus name demands a high price. He has also proven to be very very inconsistent.
