Not really mate, He only did anything worth a contract for the last few weeks.

Yeah and generally I never watch the Broncos and think "gee, such and such player who was here last year would've been handy".

Players come and go, no point dwelling on it.

I gotta agree with DraggX, I don't think he's that great of a loss. For how many years did he under-perform and not live up to his potential? And then once we'd cut him loose he comes good for a few weeks.

Same, except for Ben Hannant and to a lesser extent Michael Ennis last year.

Even then I don't generally dwell on it. Certainly when we had our injury crisis in the front row this year I thought "why did we get rid of Hannant for Setu".

Although I was also saying "I wish Dave Taylor would step the **** up the useless git"...at least he did, eventually.

Not worried about Ennis, ment we get to keep McCullough :)

Hannant well, his wallet rules over his heart and was bound to go anyway.

i still wish we kept Petch

Dave Taylor being lazy and not performing at the start of the season is why he is not with us, we probably would have offered more if he showed what he did at the end of the season. Lucky for souths they took the punt and got him.

Looking into our forwards, as much as I can't stand the bloke if Willie Mason is only going to get a 60k contract surely we could afford that and throw him a 1yr deal and it would be up to him if he performs. If he doesn't get rid of him at seasons end, if he does we have a bargain forward with alot of talent (but still a wanker haha). Even though he plays more like a 2nd rower he could still add a bit to our front row as well.

I think (wisely) the Broncos attitude is that regardless of what Mason does on the field he will be a distraction and an impediment off it.

You would think after the shit that has gone on he would pull his head in a bit. Personally I think he is a total wanker but his ability speaks for itself, just if he decided to stop being a wanker then maybe he is worth a shot. His brother Les is a wanker I had to stop him from trying to start a few of my mates in surfers a few weeks ago.

We've got some good stories about him back from when he played in the same comp as Newcastle Uni. Absolute turd.

Well he's given up his desire to be a missionary...mercenary at least sounds similar.

Seriously retarded thing to do and I hope he gets dragged over the coals for it.

I bet he's been misquoted.

I don't know what context saying this could be acceptable from a RL standpoint:

"It will probably take a bit of time (but) I certainly hope they (the AFL) can make a few inroads however long it takes," Folau said.

"I hope it goes well for them."

"Rugby league is really big in western Sydney and I'd like to see a bit of a change and see how that goes."

"I'd certainly like to see the league game stay up there but for a little bit of change I want to see AFL get a bit of (a foothold) out there."

WTF is Folau on about????
I too hope he gets dragged over the coals for such stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid stuipd^13023 comments..

Seriously what a retarded thing to do.

lol. calm down. haha jesus. does AFL scare you? or the fact that an NRL player spoke his mind?

The thing with Israel is that he can jump and run at small people because of his size, other than that he comes across as freaking stupid to me and should definitely stay away from the media.
