Kidley - He gets picked in every rep side because he is that 'utility' player that covers all the in-game injuries. They need him.
Benji - He will never be a consistent game winner or a JT type player... however, without a doubt - In my opinion, he is the player that gets kid to fall in love with rugby league. You need players like himin league... haters gunna hate but I love the way he plays the game. Exciting rugby league indeed. Personally I'd rather support a team like the tigers than a team like the storm. (Though Tigers are going busted ATM)
Original topic:
J Hayne - gun player but when it comes to consistency, teamwork, positioning etc - he is way off the mark. I'm not sure if Parra is the right fit for this guy - not that Parra would ever let him go but I'm willing to bet that he'd go pretty good in another team.
Galloway - He's alright but I'd take so many props over this guy.
Snowden - same as above.
Gallen - Strong, STRONG player. Machine. I just prefer 13's with a different style of play. Although he is more selective with his passing now. I just don't think he is the 'elite' shelf that NSW people claim him to be... perhaps it is because he is the best they got.
Mullen - He's OK, solid... I just don't understand how he is Origin material... yet.
M Pearce - I don't get it. Solid passing game and great support play for a halfback... but ... really? I actually rate Soward/Carney/Campese/Wallace over this guy.
