This so fucking much. I would be happy for QLD to lose 10 straight series for 1 Broncos premiership.

They go on about it being a great game etc & I say it was a nightmare.
Friends have said at least a QLD team one, I say it was the wrong fucking team.
I have been told, over time I will rewatch the game, my reply is, as long as my arse points to the ground, I will never watch this game.

In fairness, the first half was quality. Both teams threw the kitchen sink at each other, and some cracking tries were scored.
Second half was much more of a grind, though I suppose Brisbane were largely the cause of that. Aside from the equaliser at the death, it was pretty ho hum.
Truth be told, had they not scored at the death, I would have been somewhat disappointed with the nature of the win.

Do you think it's coincidental the quality dipped as soon as the referees stopped blowing penalties?
Two early penalties, a late-ish double movement and nothing else.

This reminds me of something I heard on Sportsears at the game. Hodgo went to the ref complaining about being held down in the tackles.
The little turd said, "Tell them to stop wriggling in the tackle. They're more a chance of getting a penalty if they stop trying to milk it".
WTF. It's either held too long or it's not. A couple of those hold downs were ridiculous.
