I'm glad to see Piakura is right for the game, I'm very curious to see where he's game has developed to and see if he's ready for regular NRL time.

Yep he has had one injury after another and really stagnated at the end of last year as a result, let's see what preseason has done. We really need him to finally step up.

Bayliss-Brow starting, seems he is working his way of the pecking order, good to see.

I didn’t watch the entire trial last week so I could be wrong here but to me Te Kura had more impact than Logan I reckon. But it appears that both are at the same level(needs to get better at their game with little to no errors).

I've got massive wraps on Te Kura, I reckon if we keep him, he could turn out to be an NAS style fisrt/second-row wrecking ball...but he is still really, really young. I'd like him to get some more time in Cup. Bayliss-Brow really now is at that make or break age, so I am ok with them giving him a shot to see if he has something or not.

Te Kura got better as the match went on .
That little offload he threw that led to a try off the knees was very promising .

Baylis in because Flegs got a head knock at training . The lock kid from Saints needs to put on a few pounds he could be useful .

It's amazing how under the radar reece Walsh's signing is for us considering the hysteria from the media when he left us before even playing a game lol... if you ever want a sign that broncos bashing sells more than broncos positivity then there it is (latrell Mitchell and wighton vs haas and Albert Kelly is also a good example of how the media manipulates public perception and broncos make a very easy target)

Not sure I can agree. I know, personally, I was hysterical when he left. I saw him as our premiership fullback before he'd ever played NRL. At the time, I thought the press undervalued him.

As for now, I think he's had more press coverage than any other player in the NRL during the off season. Maybe even Payne, and that wasn't his own doing.
