Dearden can hang out on one side of the field , doesn`t have to get into position on the 4/5 tackle to be ready to kick . Less responsibilities and used his running game to good effect .

I think playing with Chad is the whole reason he looks a far better player, if Tom was playing next to Reynolds I think we'd see the same thing no matter who the coach was.
