All things being equal, Hunts development has been a total fuckup for a few years now

We have been struggling in halves since Lockyer Fortitude Valley retired. You think this year was a good opportunity to give Hunt a real hot go.
But not the stupid fuckhead of coach goes and signs a player that has been rubbish for years

If Prince gets dropped, I hope it's for Ben Hunt. I don't want Norman moving from fullback, and Hoffman from the wing. It's working too well!

Totally agree. Even if Prince were playing well I still question his value to our future given he is in part, at least, forcing Norman and potentially Hunt out of the club.

And frankly, what's the point of persisting with him? So what if he comes good? He'll only be around another year.

Agreed, I don't think anyone can argue too that Prince is even offering anything Hunt couldn't and Prince doesn't have a longterm future, we need a longterm playmaker and Hunt could be that option but we will never know if we continue to hold him back, his showing hunger and I think its time thats rewarded.

He had a couple of good touches and it came with his customary few errors, with and without the ball. He may not be playing like a star but i think he is complimenting Wallace and Norman enough to enable them to run the show, and that's all his role really requires atm. Hes a link man and a point of attack that will entice defenders just being there, whether it's noticed off the ball or not. I'm prepared to keep him there at this stage because i think it's the sort of influence you wont really notice until hes not there and things fall apart.

Not really.

Prince was brought in for his experience and to give us options.

Considering the price tag, worth the risk but hasn't panned out.

Publicly, Hook always seemed down on Prince.

I'd love to see Ben Hunt given the reigns of the side. He is in good form. He looks sharp. Prince is just past it. He is capable of a good play here and there but has too many mistakes in him IMO. His Defence is terrible

I don't know.. maybe we should give him another off season so the coach can get him to bulk some more. You can see the improvement it has made in his defense this season

Wallace has been by far the better halve out of those 2 this year so far.

If we're going to make any change to our halves, Wallace will definitely keep his spot.

Where did I say I'm blind to it?

Where did I say Prince played great?

All I'm saying is he was instrumental in Brisbane's first try......which HE WAS.

It seems like there a bunch of you death riding Prince and now that he made some glaring errors tonight, the claws come out and your all ready to latch on.

I've been battling Wallace fan bots for years. In a Brisbane jumper Prince has had 4 or 5 mediocre games.

Wallace has 40-50......

Prince still has a ways to go to catch up.
