Canberra Raiders forced to cut links with the Souths Logan QLD Cup team entirely from 2012, the Raiders will not be permitted to place players with Souths Logan after 30 June 2011 if the Raiders want to have the eligible for the NRL team in the remainder of the season. The Raiders have said they hope to be able to continue to have a link with SL in juniors. Incredible that the NSWRL can get away with this, which is so obviously inconsistent with the good of the code of rugby league. We can only hope the Independent Commission decides to intervene.

What complete and utter bollocks this decision is. Another example of NSW instead of trying to up their standard just try to bring the Qld standard down. And also another example of the NRL not having the balls to stand up to the NSWRL

Another good trial performance from the Tigers last night with the mostly baby Cubs coming from 16-0 down at half time to defeat the pretty much full strength Cutters 22-20

Some of the bigger Broncos names.. Lui and Ahern playing for Norths, Kenny's at Central, Kemp, Carlaw, Dodds, Lingwoodock are all at Wynnum and Britt 's at Redcliffle.

And it's so very weird seeing Storm players all fullback, wing and prop in the Easts side :| . Which means no Hornet..

Former NSW Cup grand finalist with Wentworthville - remember the "epic" game from a couple of years ago which went for about 120 minutes because no-one could kick a field goal? He was the prop for Wentworthville that day and if he ever plays first grade I'll be claiming him as my long lost brother or cousin or something!
