If this is to appease the Yummy Mummy’s who don’t want their kiddies playing a tough game

This is to avoid future lawsuits for the NRL, ala the $1billion payed out by the NFL for head injuries.

Its come up a few times over the years. We nearly got caught out by it in a recent game with an opposition playing pushing the ball back and another with the ball hitting one of our guys running over the dead ball line.

It works in a similar way with players being able to dive and throw the ball back in like Inglis in the centenary test.

Like Lyon did well before Inglis did it

Kelly played a decent game, better than what I expected.

Middle forwards were good, Lodge, Hass and Flegler.

I guess it's a good result for us all. Broncos win and roosters willl have a whinge and the rules should change
