POST GAME [Round 13, 2026] - Broncos vs Dragons

Team Stats at the halfway mark of the season:

Possession: 17th (46%!)
All Run Metres: 17th
Offloads: 17th (a whole 2.3 per game behind 16th. 2.3 behind the next worst, wtf)
Dummy half runs: 17th
Penalties Conceded: 17th
Set Restarts Conceded: 17th
Post Contact Metres: 16th
Set Completion %: 16th
Ineffective Tackles: 16th
Add to that

Tackle Breaks 17th
Decoy runs 16th
Line break assists 16th
Ineffective tackles 2nd
Penalties conceded 1st

Something is off this year and you cant use injuries as an excuse to be nearly last in every metric. That desire to win isn't there

Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law and all that. The civil case was a different standard of proof to a criminal one - "on the balance of probability" rather than "beyond all reasonable doubt".

Having said that, it's not a good look for the club. Adam Walsh likely served with BRS and I'm quite certain BRS has been in the sheds multiple times previously as a Qlder and probably club supporter, but given the shitstorm around him atm he shouldn't have been anywhere near the sheds.

He will be found guilty when he fails with his Nazi defence of "I was following orders".

Seems to be a point all forgotten about........ apparently according to some around here, he has already been tried and convicted as a "serial killer" and or a war criminal.

The reality is at this point in time is that he's a retired war veteran.....who during his career has been awarded Australia's highest award for bravery.....amongst other distinguished medals.

Again when you look at this, the poor guy is the only prop out there trying to do it all, I say the only prop out there cause we use our next best prop in the 2nd row. Then you start to strip back the rest of the pack

13. Carrigan - either burnt out or just lost interest cause he has been poor for a guy that has played so much NRL

12 Willison- Should be in the front row, completely wasted there.

11 Piakura - You see him for maybe 1 big tackle a game then nothing else 71 minutes for 71 meters.. simply need more

10. Hass speaks for himself

9 Paix - honestly think he is the biggest issue in slowing down attack, defends well but the team needs more.

8. P Riki, had real hopes in his first game, but he is a journey man at best.

Talty - cant knock his effort but I just dont think he is a week to week NRL prop, 38 minutes for 70 meters, you just need more.

Gos - just not an NRL player

Semu - bloke played 15 minutes and ran for 90 meters. Let him start!

None of them bar Hass do I think teams look at week to week and think we are in for a tough night tonight.
