I'd take Glasby out of the two... Wallace got shown up last year whereas I thought Galsby was his reasonably consistent self.

Not buying the whole "personal issues off field" angle. He's been dropped, and the Tits want to avoid the attention that dropping their comfortably highest paid player for poor performance would draw.
It's time to begin the discussion around performance based contracts, because this hot market of signing unproven players for huge money is spiraling out of control and that is money being tied up that players that do actually deserve it are missing out on.

Leave for personal reasons or can’t handle the pressure that comes with a million dollar contract so takes the easy way out of it? Seems to be way too many players taking option B these days instead of owning up to it and putting their head down to get through it. Guys like DCE and Hunt copped a pasting but worked thru it.
