Thankfully Souths never got out of second gear but were still streets ahead of this awful Bronco side. 16th place is looming.

Yes, the 6 jersey was his for the taking tonight and completely blew it. Meanwhile, Dearden ripped the 7 off Croft with both hands. He’s never getting it back.

If he keeps playing like this November is not far off - other clubs will be coming at him hot. To stand out so much in such a crap team in spite of everything at such a young age.... please don't let Pies ruin this kid.

Yeah we only have Canberra, Roosters and Panthers coming up as 3 out of next 4 games... 😆😆😆

We could legitimately be on track to have more points conceded than any team in history.

He is very young, not having much game time against men and then coming into a team which appeared to be doing well until rd 3 after which appeared to be doing very badly was thought to be not the best environment. When Ash Taylor came in he broke his hand straight away. We had potentially the time to ease him in. I think this is just a matter of hindsight
 
I was really impressed with dearden tonight. He was backing himself more and got several line breaks, defence was really good (grassed mitchell in a beautiful legs tackle) and desperation to get to the ball that his team mates did not show (once to recover a deflected kick and another to get back to recover a kick in a try scoring situation.).

A bit of work on his long kicking game and he will be a real asset.

Can confirm I did check this and Knights 2016 with 800 leaked won't be beat for a long time. In saying that you could be lucky it is a shorter season.

Didn't Wests give up like 800 points in 1999? I'm too lazy to Google it. This side will definitely set some club records in this regard but I think Wests record is safe. Luckily it's only a 20 game season.
