Corey Parker was easily the best on the field on Monday, he is imo the form lock in the League. He was Big Leagues' player of the week.

As others have said, Parker definitely MOTM.
Was a decent game, except the tigers shocking defence made us look abit better than what we actually were at times.
A wins a win though, and I still have faith in the boys to string more wins together, c'mon boys !!

Generally goes to the Broncos 2nd best player if our player gets TV MoM or our best if other team player wins MoM not shared around. CP wins it quite regularly as well

PS. I'm not sure I've ranted this week hard enough about dropping Corey Norman immediately.

The guy's a liability, his future is at another club, he is adding nothing in attack and keeping better players out of their preferred positions.

He's gone from marginally giving a shit to not giving a shit at all.

He's poison and a constant reminder of our terrible decisions over the past 2 years.

Give the 1 back to Hoffman (or Kahu or Bond or anyone else) and Corey can play QCup or for the Eels for all I care.

By the sounds of it we don't have anyone in our younger sides even worth considering taking a punt on. Karmichael was a rare player. Not many come in at his age and play like he did.

A generational player, lost by the allure of temptations previous generations of Broncos teams and management simply did not have to consider (ditto Folau).

For mine. the only reason to keep Norman is if we start winning in a way that shows serious promise of a top 8 berth on the back of solid wins.

If he continues to earn the deserved negative comments on his play (despite the equally earned positives) over the next few weeks, and we play like we really have little hope of getting into the 8, I cannot see the logic in keeping him when we are looking like giving Kahu the FB slot.

If we go nowhere with Norman. and even if Barba signs with us next season which on the rumours seems less than likely, I would drop him and put Kahu at the back when he is fully fit and give him some experience in preparation for next year ... just in case Barba's ex moves to Cairns or Cronulla.

Or are we really signing Barba and we don't really care about the FB spot, and its consequences with Norman there?

Agreed that Hoffman needs to stay where he is, but I have no issues with kicking Norman to the curb and experimenting with Kahu or any other candidate to the fullback position, even if Barba ends up being on his way to the Broncos!

The consequences...?? He's scoring us points from there and he hasn't let too many on his own in against us (yes...I'm fully aware of the shitful effeort with the Tigers try last week. That's one of not many)
