Just seen a few photos from training. Reynolds has the arm brace off and is training. Could he be ahead of schedule? **** it would be massive if he was.

Were you around since 2015? Getting flogged by 30+ points in 3 finals series, CHOKING 2 grand finals. A spoon. Missing the 8 multiple times.

Since the 1988, but even if we just go from 2015, though - we lost two grand finals, which means we got to two grand finals. Not counting the Dolphins, there are seven teams in that span that did not get to even one grand final. We made the finals six of nine seasons, which is more than the Dogs, Tigers, and Titans combined. In that period, the Knights had three consecutive wooden spoons, and the Tigers two, compared to our lone spoon.

That's not suffering. You could barely argue we were mediocre. Solidly above average, if anything.

I think a fair bit of it is rebuilding strength in the arm as well

Still seven weeks away.

He hasn't been the most diligent cast wearer.
Not always a bad thing as long as it's stablised and not at risk of damaging the repair work - but as he's been doing this at games and in dressing rooms in full view of the medicos I'd say there's a low risk in their view.

Definitely won't be seeing Reyno early - he will have to resume conditioning and light contact well before he sees any real opposed training let alone game time.

I get the dissappointment after losing a game or three, it sucks, nobody enjoys that. Some of the claims on this forum are ridiculous though, as you mentioned there are teams who have claimed consecutive wooden spoons and have been scratching and clawing for years to try and be even halfway relevant again. Try being a Tigers or a Knights fan, some of the people on here would be off watching another sport.

I know of Dolphin fans who supported Brisbane back in 88. That's a 30 year commitment, gone. For what? Couldn't handle the suffering? Cry me a river. That's not suffering, not even close.

To say that other teams have suffered more is just an adjacant point.

Yeah you're right, but hey Brisbane fans are still suffering a wooden spoon, 2 of greatest grand final chokes in history, a wooden spoon, getting flogged by every years minor premiers (usually Melbourne).

Just the one wooden spoon.

And it's not adjacent, it's contextual.

The context of a Brisbane fan, means they got to see their team have premierships torn from them in the dying moments. Literally one of the most painful things a sports fan can experience. They got to see Melbourne flog them year on year. They got to see their team concede close to a record amount of points in a single year, with a spoon.

We have had bright moments that Titans and Tigers haven't had, such as two grand finals appearances and more finals apperaances. We also were unable to beat the Tigers for close to 5 years. Those finals appearances also included an NRL finals record 58-0.

To say that Brisbane fans havent suffered because TItans/Tigers/Knights fans exist and have it worse is just nonsensical to me. It's not a suffering competition.

There are also teams that lost a grand final to the salary cap cheating Melbourne, like Parramatta.

Fortunately for us, we beat them. We've had it real easy, a tough year or two here and there isn't a big deal. Neither is losing a Grand Final, part of the enjoyment of being in a Grand Final is getting to enjoy watch your team dominate most other teams for the entire season.

I hope you are receiving ongoing councilling you poor thing ...
Mostly just for understanding the 'could be worse' mentality is exactly what the Broncos is now. 58-0, could be worse at least we barely made the finals. At least we're not Titans fans seems to be the healthy mindset.

Follow another team or something, honestly this is sounding pretty pathetic now.
