We need a solid, no excuses no bull@%it performance for this game. I almost feel as though anytime we have some big names out or people backing up from origin we just go into a negative mindset knowing we aren't expected too win.

Recently we've seen Melbourne perform impressively without the likes of smith, cronk, slater and co. We've seen the cowboys put in some solid efforts without jt, Morgan and of course Scott. And last week also we saw the sharks have a good win without the likes of Maloney, Holmes, Fifita and graham. I don't think the origin excuse can wash anymore especially given the ability of other teams who are worse off to handle this period of the season.

Without their star players these other teams have guys who just stand up and know someone has to get the job done and that's what we need tomorrow.
