We played better tonight than we have this year with Reynolds as captain.
 
Arthars needs to be moved on, today, not next season. Literally would be better picking one of our emerging talents on the wing than him. Fire him onto a plane and then we have 4 days to sign a cup player. If we're going to deal with having a winger that's problematic, at least make it a kid who is worth investing in.

Dozer has moments, but he's past it. Hang em up mate.

Jetski is not a prop, he's barely a shit second rower.

Staggs having an absolute stinker didn't help.

We just can't make any yardage, and we let teams stroll up our middles. We were constantly on the back foot that entire second half.
Going for the 2 in our first good field position all half was dumb

Jetski giving away the dumbest 6 again I've seen, Atkins screaming "release!" and jets still trying to drive him to ground.
All our bombs never seem to have anyone applying pressure.

duffy just seems like a genuine half back to me. Doesn’t have the running game to be 6. Maybe we need to transition Walsh to 6 if mam doesn’t progress.
 
We could always sign Milford to a train and trial. With his size he could play in the frontrow. Hell he could fit 8 9 and 10 in the scrum.
 
Now that the Broncos are out of contention, might be a good time to start slowly giving rookies some game time? Get them ready for next year.
Obvious new to signs some decent depth next year too, but no harm in trialing the younger players now.

That’s not entirely true. But also Haas being captain by default isn’t the answer. Reynolds is well past it, but Haas did **** all as captain tonight.

Part of me wonders if we would be better off with Rogers at 5/8th, Duffy at halfback and Hunt at hooker with Mozer on the bench.

No mate we will pitch Reynolds back in as soon as he tells Maguire hes sweet (and then gets injured 15mins in).
