He's the best prop in the game, wouldn't move him but really lock / prop are interchangeable for mine.

While Haas certainly is the best prop in the game, I'd still like to what havoc he would wreak running on our edge, setting up our centre, or running a line in their red zone. Swap him with Fifita

It tells me we have no go forward. Our halves have nothing to work with
I think this has a lot to do with poor direction. There is no set plan. It takes too long to get the ball wide to our edge forwards and our middle forwards aren't running onto the ball and aren't being positioned well by the halves/hooker. There is a lot of work to do in the middle, but to start simply and have 2 runners ready as options for the half with a predetermined goal should be step 1. So often there is a slow spread wide which is easily shut down, or a one-out run back into the ruck. I think Haas is just strong enough to make meters regardless, and Carrigan seems to find meters somehow. But they really need to be getting shown a hole or even half a hole by the hooker.

He was playing against the minor premiers to be fair and his support was non existent outside of Patty.
Teo 23 metres
Fifita 83 metres
Kennedy 50 metres
Bullemor 14 metres
Hopoate 32 metres
Carrigan 129 metres.

Haas and Carrigan carry this forward pack so hard it ain't funny.
To be fair you have to include the minutes played. My boy Kennedy only got 34 minutes but he's trying hard. I still think it's silly to not spread the work of the props out a bit. I'd rather see Haas with 60 minutes but I'm sure someone will squeal that I don't understand yada yada...

The Titans won't be playing the same brand of footy we've been playing this year. One out is way too predictable plus they'll have a bit more strike to take the focus off the likes of Fifita. We have our own Million dollar failures to worry about.
Name a million dollar player worth the million dollars that needs the focus taken off of him to play well....
I'll wait.........

It is concerning our inability to get up field I believe we are the worse in the comp by a fair margin. Our back 3 aren’t helping and besides haas and carrigan and depending on what mood flegler is in no forwards are helping out either.

we Have no structure or support in attack with makes it easy to gang up on us. look at the top teams everyone is an option in attack at all times

I can see something in your argument for Boyd at times but gees your love for Kennedy is admirable. I think you're just about the only person I have ever met with good words about him as a player. Best I have heard from anyone else is "Didn't do anything wrong in his second stint."

I don't mind Kennedy. Good, honest, cheap player who puts in.

Milford? lol
"Worth the million dollars".... If Milford is your benchmark, you're in for some fun... although it makes sense, titans have tried to buy half the Broncos squad the last few years

You can see the facts quite clearly. Nice! I can imagine what Holbrook would have had the team performing like if he had our guys from the beginning of the season.

Also.... The focus off of the $1.25 million 21 year old second rower haha... yep. I'm sure it will get easier for him after a bad game next year, no pressure or teams focusing on him hahaha

Technically at the time he signed he was, but anyway, I'll be honest most of the million dollar players don't impress me. Foran, Milf, Taylor, DCE, Hunt. Probably more I can't be bothered coming up with currently. Even Bird if the more outlandish rumours are to be believed doesn't even get on the field. We're not the only team with a million dollar underperformer and to be honest I'm happier we paid Taylor that money then DCE (massively overrated in my opinion). Look how trash manly are without Turbo. Actually yes put me down for DCE as your answer as some will agree he is worth it.

So you're saying Taylor is better than DCE?

Agreed. Even the likes of JT, Smithler are/were able to do what they do with a semi decent sqaud around them. The Storm won some games there without Smith and Munster. I simply responded to Broncos4life who imo is in glass house throwing stones. (I'm not saying Smith and JT aren't worth it though..)
