Farnworth's defense is making us solid on our left, he is too good of a defender to not play centre.

Love Farnworth. He's what we need to rebuild our culture moving forward. Guys like him, Dearden, Haas, Carrigan. They don't have to be superstars, but they give 100% every single game and that's what makes clubs great.

Why take two?

If it is a 100% certanity you get scoreboard pressure, a repeat set and given that it is a t.v. game, the opponent has to burn some energy making it to the kick off inside 20 seconds. It is a good strategy that does those 3 things at least

I think that’s been our problem for a while. Too many superstar players. We need a huge dose of humility in our team.

To be fair, they use him intelligently. Good shapes and our slack line speed gives them all the time and space they need to set him up. We shjould be doing that with our edge forwards but we are like treacle out wide

I would disagree with that, just had one bad miss, but he's usually pretty good.
