POST GAME Round 20 - Broncos vs Storm


Just had to upload this.

This is what the refs allowed through for their second try which is what eventually opened the flood gates. No excuses though, if they weren't awarded that, Storm would have scored a couple of tackles later anyway.

I'm still sick to death of the Storm scum being gifted so many amazing decisions by the refs. It stinks of corruption.
 
Giving away my tickets to the Melbourne game next year from season tickets. Its not fucking worth it.

The way Melbourne get 3 in every tackle, 1st holds them up, 2nd grabs the legs and 3rd puts them on their back is fucking disgusting that they get away with it every single time, but its been our fucking kryptonyte for 10 years.

Our right edge was backtracking all night and werent numbering up correctly because we let them pay the ball as fast as they want. Then Cam jumps out and throws as many forward passes as he wants and its a fucking disaster for us.

In attack, Melbournes line is set at 8m (never 10m) and are all ready by the time we play the ball. Huge difference.

Not excusing our fucking awful effort, or kicking the fucking ball out on the full multiple times, or the fact we are literally playing with 12 on the field because lets face it, Boyd is literally out there doing nothing.

From here on I am fully behind the Raiders for this year since we are no chance and I cbf seeing Souths, Storm or Roosters win another comp.
 
Would be interesting to get hands in the aerial cam of the game and actually see how many passes were forward, how many times their d was offside and how far forward Smith knocked it on. Then send to as many journos as possible and watch how none run anything on it.
 
To add on to my previous post, we always seem to be in awe of the cun#s from Melbourne, real fucking friendly etc. Even saw it close up last night wirh Oates and Chambers, Oates getting up and instantly appologising to chambers after we conceded to make it 40 or whatever nil...

Then flip side whatever try it was that Smtih turned someone underneath to score under the post, the cun# flies in and pushes Glenn in the back. Completely unnecessary but hey, its Cam Smith so he can do whatever he wants.

I'm so angry... I just want Melbourne to be shit so bad. Listening to those fuckwit Melbourne supporters touting around Suncorp as usual, the ones that have never been to a game in Melbourne, does my head in. Can't wait til no fucker supports them when Smith retires and they become shit

Our season ticket seats are front row, they were at most back 8m and were leaving early on nearly every play the ball. Both centres regularly took off early to jam in on our fucking stupid 1 off forward runs too

Tough game. Not really worth a re-watch, arent gonna learn too much from that loss. Only benefit is it keeps the boys honest. Lots of the same problems. Bellamy might even read this forum because he just exposed all the issues we constantly bicker about

I was right in line with that knock on and he dragged it towards himself. I couldn’t believe he got away with it.

I hate how ***** like Freddy will blurt shit every chance they get and it seems to work for them while we just shut up and cop it. Been like that for years.

Why does he have to play though? Is it because he’s the captain that he gets a pass? Does anyone think the mental health thing could also be working in his favour to keep his spot?

I genuinely do sometimes. I made some criticisms of Boyd last week and about four people jumped on the “mental health” bandwagon. It’s a touchy one because nobody wants to bag someone out when they have issues with mental health, that’s obviously not the right thing to do. But by the same token, how do you allow mediocrity in a position that demands excellence?

No , it's because we have no other experience in this team. It's easy to bring in youngsters when you have a c.smith in your team, but we can't have team full of youngsters.

I noticed that at the game too. The centre or next man in ALWAYS rushed in to jam lodge and haas. They were never onside, but it was waaaaay worse in the first 25 mins. Once they got a lead the calmed down but it was still terrible. It was right in front of the ref nearly every play, in fact, I seen the player stand IN FRONT of the ref a few times. Literally in front!

Well .. what can you say , we were dogshit from the kickoff. One up running no offloads kick it back to them shit just shows we have a very poor game plan . We took a bath like I thought we would , but it still surprises me with my own depth of passion as I have to seriously check myself ,when I find myself screaming at the TV .Would have liked to have seen TPJ out there last night. What an appalling season this is , we're now chasing the spoon !! Go the fucking Broncos
