He's been one of the best halves in the comp this year, would be good for all the other sides. Knowing the Roosters luck though, he'll be out for like half a week or so.

No point in complaining.

Refs don’t call forward passes anymore, particularly on the NRL’s favourites the Chooks and the Storm.

Yep, they are easily the best side along with the Storm in the NRL at the moment. Their defence is really damn good too, they only seem to clock off after the game is already won.

Dragons never once looked threatening, they're just making up the numbers IMO.

On current form the only teams with genuine premiership potential are the Storm, Roosters, us, Rabbitohs and maybe one of the Sharks or Penrith depending on how they play in the final rounds.

Getting a home semi then the Dragons in week 2 at ANZ would actually be a fairly decent outcome if we end up finishing outside of the top 4. The Roosters in the semi final would be the dream after that.

The Broncs are the biggest threat outside the Roosters, Storm and Rabbits. Provided the Broncs don’t come up against the Storm, they can win it all against anyone else.

That's a finals hoodoo just waiting to break. If we met the Storm in the GF, I'd be confident. Anywhere before the GF, less so. But it will happen, we will knock them out of the finals eventually..hopefully while Smith is still playing.
