IMO the only real way to handle this is go by schoolyard rules, last team to win a game prior to the shutdown are premiers by default.

Api messed up in this situation, but I'm always worried about his wellbeing.

I'm not sure how well known it is but back in 2014 around the time he won a premiership he lost his partner to suicide. There was all these reports of erratic behaviour from Api and the story only came out years later. It sort of explained why the clubs and the media were taking a soft approach.

Who couldn't? He is made as some kind of saviour when the reality is, I don't think it would have been that difficult to do if you had planned for it, which they really should have.
