Round 20 - Titans vs Broncos - Post Match Discussion

At the end of the day just a try off of a forward pass in it. Most disappointing thing for me was the pathetic crowd, Gold Coast doesn't deserve sporting teams, take the commonwealth games off them aswell.

yeah but near enough isn't good enough when you're playing against one of the most dire teams in the competition ...

I think this season has proven Corey Norman's best position is LEFT RIGHT OUT.

I just hate losing games we should win.

So far the first 5 and a half minutes of the Sydney game has been a better quality and more entertaining game than that steaming pile of shit I just witnessed.

It's amazing how poor our attack is yet our defense is keeping us in the game. Our attack has fell apart in the past month or so and really, we have no chance of making it past week two of the finals when the other teams step up their defense unless we improve.

The lack of support play was glaring tonight. There were a number of times our players were looking for an offload or running one out with no one in support.

Flat performance which was really disappointing TBH. Business end of the season and to come up with that esp after the Warriors win. That could have had an effect.

At the end of the day, this Bronco team probably had a 3 year-ish window to take out the title, I still think last year was the best chance... without Locky we can't seem to score points. I'm not sure if we have a better chance next year (Norman/Wallace with a season under their belt - but minus TEO/Beale) or this year... hmmmmmmmm.

Honestly, we're capable but we need to come out like we did in 08/09 in the finals (against the dragons) if we can come out like that we can take on the Dogs and so worth, but not in Sydney. This side can't produce like that in Sydney IMO. I don't think we can take on the Dogs/Manly in the GF in Sydney can we? Not with the mental attitude of this team surely... ???

But nothing will eventuate ... the club will just shed more talent this off season, recruit nobody and tell us all there's no room in the salary cap ...

I would give the Bulldogs any 3 of our players for Barba what a legend always seems to pop up in the right place. Saves a try one minute scores one the next. Although we would find a way to nullify his brilliant attack!

they werent showing this game over here due to whatever else thats been running all day (tennis?) just saw the score and reading all the comments.. damn lost a bet with a titans supporter at work... were we that crapola?

so i missed nearly all of that game but it sounds like the problems from the last couple of weeks have just gotten worse.

i just feel disappointed. : (

Thankfully I got to witness a great game in Sea Eagles and Bulldogs, I feel bad for you QLD viewers missing out on it.

We rarely seem to recruit these types of players.

Yeh. Really bad. Flat.

Warriors game could have played a part but still no excuse IMO.

Business end of the season - had to come out and blow these plobbers out of the park and get ready for the Dogs/Manly/Storm, These games should have been a lead up into those big games.

HOPEFULLY it is a kick in the arse and they can now fire up and get their heads back on. Really unacceptable performance IMO.

- and normally I'm not a basher but tonight's performance was really, really poor. Esp. the mental attitude.

We were so "crapola" you could throw Parra jerseys on our players and you wouldn't be able to even tell it's the Broncos anymore.

2008 was the last real chance imo ... anyone see the replay on Fox of the Titans vs Broncos game from that year earlier today ? Brisbane was oozing talent and in the end was probably just a Simms knock on shy of making the grand final ...

I'm just living for the moment the club wakes up and realises what they've got at the moment isn't premiership material ..
