Ricky complains about raiders travel all the time which is a total joke. They have the easiest draw in the comp by a significant margin and when they verse the top teams it’s usually during origin period when those teams are undermanned.

Now for my whinge. Mam is almost a dead weight at the moment. He is not providing ANY value in attack and is deadset being carried by Arey. He's lost complete confidence in his running ability and now had dicks for hands on top of that. He's super young and will get better but I thought we'd see an evolution of his '22 form.

More ammunition for the proof of a conspiracy against us. We should argue a downgrade on Arthurs, there is no way it is a grade 2. Tapau getting a player in the head on the ground like in round 2 or something like that was a grade 1 at worst. Actually now that I think about it, I don't think he was charged??

The Tapau charge is heavy, I was hoping for a grade 2. I think grade 3 is rough. The offical warning probably made it a grade 3. I wonder whether we could argue the charge, and show there was no contact with the knee to the head or body. Technically they would have to dismiss the charge as there was no dangerous contact. I thought judiciary would charge contrary conduct not dangerous contact.

Suallii's contact and knees is as worse as tapau, yet he never gets suspended. Absolute BS.

Consistency is the key. Marty deserved to be binned and charged, so long as the judicary as a heavy handed with other plays like Suallii and Klemmer. I've never seen Klemmer penalised for doing similar to what Marty does.

No big deal in the scheme of things, we just slot in Flegs for Marty for the next few weeks. It just so frustrating they we are constantly getting shafted by refs and the judiciary and the administration and other teams get off scott free

How’s lifting a leg like Marty did any different to JWH’s or Tino’s “bumper bars” (a raised elbow to the head of a defender, but bumper bar sounds harmless and cute)? I think both are bad, but some forwards go into nearly every tackle with their elbow raised and don’t even get penalised unless they injure someone.

Marty's knee didn't actually make contact, so it would be a fine at most on the grading system.

However, he plays for the Broncos, so he will be referred straight to the judiciary to circumvent the grading system and cop 4 weeks minimum.

Didn't make contact? I thought his knee full knocked someone over?

I think the 3 weeks is fine, and we seem to have an abundance of bench forwards to cover him (although the last 2 weeks he has been playing really well).

Harsh on Arthars, but I can live with 1 week :)

Seems a strange week to criticise Mam. Usually I might agree with you, but tonight I thought he played well. He played to his strength which is his running game. Hopefully he keeps that up for the rest of the year.

Except Marty hit no one and no jaw was broken. These "what ifs" are fucken dumb.
And while it looked ugly, can you show me where Sua'ali'i got 3 - 4 weeks for his first time running with raised knee's? Oh you can't?
Didn't think so.

Fmd Marty will get the same suspension for raising a knee that hit no one as RCG did for intentionally driving both his knees into the back of a downed player.
