I agree with resting TPJ. He really needs to get that hammy right before he really ***** it. We can't afford to be without him for an extended period.

Bring Mago back onto the bench and give Fifita a starting spot for a week.

That's a possibility but I feel Bennett will play him if he pulls up well. Wouldn't be surprised if he plays limited minutes and someone like Sims or possibly Thaiday spends some time on the edge.

Another crazy solution to give TPJ a break is give Oates his shot at 2nd row and bring Pearson onto the wing. He's clearly been training with 2nd rower set plays the past two weeks anyway

If Bennett had any thoughts of using him in the pack, he would have given him a stint tonight. Staggs is much too small to play there and the notion won't even cross Wayne's mind.

probably their solution to try and keep Oates ...

we get his talents on the wing, but allow him to come in and do some backrow work as well ... hopefully win-win = re-signing
