Sydney vs Canterbury-Bankstown - Almost feeling like do or die for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs if they're serious about winning the premiership. I thought they were awful against Cronulla on Sunday, 29 handling errors tells the story, and they've got to improve if they're going to stand any chance against the Roosters.

On the back of a six gaming winning streak, the Roosters have announced themselves as contenders for the premiership. Despite winning their past 3 games by 20 (vs Panthers), 24 (vs Warriors) & 25 (vs Tigers) I believe they still have plenty of room for improvement and cannot afford to get cocky against a Bulldogs side that has plenty of quality.

They should prove too strong but they're going to have to keep the Bulldogs at bay early as the Dogs are the type of team that likes to build their wins on quick starts. If they do, look for the likes of Warea-Hargreaves, Cordner & Friend to lead the way with some Ferguson, Jennings & Tuivasa-Sheck touches in the background.

Tipping: Roosters by 10. I expect a better effort from Canterbury but after Sunday's effort I cannot back them on anything more than 'bounce back' factor.

Wests Tigers vs Melbourne Storm
- Tigers will be hoping their strong home ground record against Melbourne (7-3) continues as they look to snap a 5 game losing streak against an in-form Melbourne Storm outfit who recently recovered from a losing streak of their own. Aiding the Tigers is the return of Robbie Farah who was last sighted in Round 16 in the Tigers loss against Penrith and underrated prop forward Ava Seumanufagai, who missed last week's clash against Sydney, after sustaining a knee injury against the Broncos.

If the Tigers are successful, look for Robbie Farah to bring his A-game against his State of Origin rival Cameron Smith. If Farah can get the likes of Woods, Sue, Galloway over the advantage line with help from players like Nofoaluma & Naiqama - it may invite livewire fullback, James Tedesco and the green but talented halves pairing of Moses & Brooks into the game.

However, nobody can underestimate the Storm, especially on the back of their two impressive wins in Rounds 19 & 20 respectively. Without Slater, many people wrote them off and even questioned whether they would be in the race come September. However, the resurgance of Cooper Cronk and emergence of young talent such as Asofa-Solomona & K. Bromwich has put that notion to bed. Based on everything we've seen, it's safe to assume that Melbourne should win and should win well.

Prediction: Melbourne by 18. I'm expecting win #11 to be relatively comfortable for the Storm who should have too much patience and nous for their out of sorts but exciting counterparts. Look for Melbourne to pepper the Tigers right hand defence all evening with players playing on the back of Jesse Bromwich's offloads.

What time do the official team sheets go in and where do you find them?

I reckon Moses might end up a Cornish level blunder.

Twitter is my go to place.

Failing that, checking out the club websites 45 minutes to an hour before kick-off is a good start.

Enjoyed the read, Pete, awesome work!

The Roosters are going to be very very hard to beat. Their speed and ball movement execution and structures are 1st class and RTS is a real weapon.

I've been trying to watch the game on my phone, but the broadcast isn't scheduled to start yet..

They really need to sort out their app..

**** it.

I'm going to watch the Tigers game instead.

And I have to say, bit of a surprise when I tuned in...

I've changed my mind about signing Koroibete...

That was a great match between the Dogs and the Roosters. Roosters started on fire, went to sleep allowing the Dogs to get in front, woke up and finished really strongly to win. Gotta say, their pack is absolutely terrifying. They could absolutely steamroll us.

From a bias free perspective, I think it'll be a Roosters/Cowboys grand final.

Bulldogs caught the dumb big time at the end, terrible stuff

JWH showed that there will still be a place for big props when the interchange rule comes in..

He was a machine out there. Really got Bulldogs on the back foot with his runs.

Big, fit props. The twenty minute specials will have to get fit or go to the ESL
