Maybe but that is not illegal. He never went above horizontal, it was a legitimate, hard tackle.

It wasn't an illegal tackle. You're allowed to pick someone up and put them on their back.

It was a great tackle. A textbook tackle.

It was the best damn tackle I've seen Thaiday make in his entire career.

Hopefully Hunt continues his good form against the Roosters.

He has a tendency to lift against them. Scored 5 tries in the last 4 games against them.

JWH will likely be missing for this game, as well.

Prediction.

Roosters will make plenty of easy yards up the middle and Pearce will play with plenty of time and confidence. Expect heaps of well placed well contested bombs and a fair few Rooster restarts of course.

Broncos will pretty much play the same as they have been, Our young forwards wil be pretty ineffective , which won't help the halves at all.

Rooster to win by 13.


PS I hope I am wrong and the boys come out have a season changing performance, but one things for sure something will need to change. Our form against the Rabbits will not be enough to beat the Roosters , who have nothing to loose.
